We are encouraging all clients to take advantage of the Amazon Web Services Credits for Nonprofits scheme which offers significant savings in hosting fees.

Check here for he Elibigility guidelines to see for which level of credits your Non Profit organisation qualifies - Small, Medium or Large.

To take advantage of the offer, follow these steps (Using Smaller Non Profits as an example)

• You will need a Connecting Up Account - login now if you have one, or create an account here
• Then purchase the credits via their store on the Amazon Products link which will take you to the option for Smaller NFPs (defined as annual turnover < $10M)
  • For $161 this will entitle your AWS account to receive $1000USD in credits
  • Enter your account number if prompted otherwise leave that to Audienceware in the next step
• Connecting Up will notifiy you when the credits are ready which we can apply for you to the AWS account we are managing for you
  • Simply contact Audienceware to let us know the promotion code and we will confirm when done
• If for any reason resources beyond the credit threshold are required, ongoing billing management from Audienceware will be a based on the resources consumed beyond the AWS credits, which if required will also benefit from Audienceware's reserved pricing discounts

For Medium and Larger Non Profits, follow the same procedure and select the product for your size organisation.
